In today's episode I have a conversation with Lisah Sutton-Williams about how our eating habits can get in our way. Lisah gives us a great overview of intuitive eating, how it impacts us and what we can do to begin the process to change it. This episode is packed with tips, tools and how even how culture plays a role.
